What materials are Oli&Carol products made from?
All our products are handcrafted from 100% natural rubber from Hevea trees. They are biodegradable, non-toxic, and painted with food-grade pigments, making them safe for babies and the environment.
How should I clean and care for my natural rubber products?
To clean, simply wipe with soapy water and a damp cloth. Do not sterilize or store in the fridge. Store in a dry place, as being a natural product, it may mold if left in a humid environment for long periods.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Domestic delivery takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return or exchange process.
Are your products safe for children with allergies?
Our products are made of 100% natural rubber (latex). While they are highly safe and non-toxic, we do not recommend them for children with a diagnosed latex allergy.
